1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified. Order processing includes inventory checks, quality inspection, and packaging. This does not include weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify customers on our website if processing times are longer than usual.

2. Shipping Destinations & Fees
We currently offer shipping within the United States with the following options:

Free Standard Shipping

    • Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $60

    • Estimated delivery: 15-20 business days

    • Available for all contiguous 48 states

Paid Shipping Options

    • Standard Shipping: $6.99 (for orders under $60)

    • Expedited Shipping: $14.99 (2-3 business days)

    • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order value and location

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this number to track your package status in real-time on the carrier’s official website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after your order status changes to “Shipped,” please contact our customer service team.

4. Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code). We are not responsible for packages lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be required for reshipment. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery date and tracking information shows no updates for an extended period, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either reship your items or issue a refund.

Damaged Packages:
If you receive a damaged product, please take photos of the damage (both the outer packaging and the product itself) within 48 hours of delivery and contact us immediately. We will guide you through the replacement process.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
You may request to modify or cancel your order only if it is in “Pending” or “Processing” status. Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, and you may need to initiate a return according to our Return Policy after receiving the item.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. The shipping address must be a valid physical address. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
