1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Condition: To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps:

- Contact Customer Service: Email our service team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization Number

- Prepare Your Return: After receiving the return authorization number and instructions, securely repackage the item in its original packaging

- Include Documentation: Place a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip inside the package

- Label the Package: Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package

- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the designated address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. tradyx is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or defective items). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
Timing: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds: We may issue a partial refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, missing tags, or is not in its original condition.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue. We will cover all shipping costs associated with returns and replacements.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

9. Sale Items
